Every Chesterfield is deep‑buttoned entirely by hand, ensuring each diamond and pleat is clean, balanced and perfectly tensioned — essential when working with fabrics or leather that stretch differently. The handmade van dykes where each arm meets the back are a mark of true traditional upholstery, giving the Chesterfield its unmistakable heritage character.

The feather‑and‑down cushions do require plumping — but that’s the trade‑off for the kind of comfort only natural fillings can give. Prefer something different underneath do you?
